国培中心四月外教教学技能培训--交互策略和个别化教学在课程中的运用
伴随着学期中的临近，中国（深圳）国际人才培训中心四月外教教学技能培训也于4月24日如期举行，联合莲花中学进行了一场别开生面的教学公开课，旨在帮助外教们不断提高教学技能。As the mid-semester approaches, the professional development training for China (Shenzhen) International Personnel Training Center Foreign Teachers was held on April 24th as scheduled. In collaboration with Lianhua Middle School, presented an innovative and engaging open teaching session, aiming to help foreign teachers continuously improve their teaching skills.

本次培训主题为交互策略和个别化教学的应用。为外教们打开教学新视界，希望外教能够掌握更多教学法宝来营造积极、健康、互动的学习环境，点燃学生的学习热情，让每个学生都能享受课程，最大程度地提高学生的参与度以及知识的普及性。在课堂上，国培中心的资深外教导师Elvira凭借其卓越的教学技巧，巧妙设计了一系列兼具趣味性和知识性的互动游戏。在她的引领下，学生们纷纷踊跃参与互动，整个课堂沉浸在一片欢乐而富有活力的学习氛围中。
The theme of this training was the application of interactive strategies and differentiated instruction. The goal was to encourage foreign teachers to create a positive, healthy, and interactive learning environment, so that all students can participate and enjoy the course, and maximize students' participation and the popularity of knowledge. During the open class, the senior foreign teacher Elvira from CIPTC showed her prowess by cleverly designing a series of interactive games and activities that were both fun and informative. Under her guidance, students' enthusiasm was soaring, actively participating and immersing themselves in a joyful learning atmosphere.

课后，Elvira和观摩的外教及老师们进行深入交流，大家也都各抒已见，分享了自己从这节课中学到的东西，导师也将课堂上的技巧进行了提炼，深入浅出的进行分析，通过理论和实践相结合的形式，让外教们对教学方法有了更深刻的理解和掌握，为今后的教学之路注入新的活力与灵感。After the class, Elvira engaged in in-depth discussions with the observing foreign teachers and school teachers. Everyone shared their insights and what they had learned from the lesson. Elvira refined the class management skills, providing a detailed and accessible analysis. Through a combination of theory and practice, she enabled the foreign teachers to gain a deeper understanding and mastery of teaching methods, injecting new vitality and inspiration into their future teaching journey.

分享环节圆满结束后，紧接着是激动人心的外教级别提升表彰仪式。这不仅是对他们辛勤付出的肯定，更是对他们未来教学之路的鼓舞与期待。After the successful conclusion of the sharing session, it was followed by an exciting recognition ceremony. This is not only a recognition of their hard work, but also an encouragement and expectation for their future teaching career.

Drawing from his extensive educational background and years of teaching experience, George delved into the core principles and practical methods of differentiated teaching, deeply inspiring every foreign teacher in attendance.

After the training concluded, the foreign teachers expressed that they had benefited greatly and were inspired by the training, and they had summarized many teaching methods that could be tried and improved to create a more suitable learning environment for their students. We believe that in the future, these outstanding foreign teachers will be able to bring out more brilliance on the road of education.
