11月29日，国培中心月度外教教学技能培训如期举行，联合天健小学，进行了一场别开生面的教育教学理念的交流和碰撞。

本次培训主题是课控课管，同时着重在课堂上老师肢体语言的运用。为了让外教们有更直观，更深入的学习，本次更特别和福田区天健小学进行协作，在学校内部进行了一场外教公开课展示。

The theme of this training session was class control and management, with a special emphasis on the use of teachers' body language in the classroom. To provide foreign teachers with a more intuitive and in-depth learning experience, this session collaborated with Tianjian Primary School in Futian District. A public open class by an foreign teacher was held within the school premises.

公开课上，来自国培中心的资深外教老师Bryan寓教于乐，设计了各种有趣又富有知识性的活动和游戏，同时运用各种肢体语言，使其整节课在课控课管上都得心应手，学生积极性极高的同时又不失控，让他们在快乐的氛围中，学习并熟练应用本节课所学知识。

At the open class, Mr.Bryan, a senior foreign teacher from CIPTC, skillfully blended education with entertainment. He designed a variety of engaging and informative activities and games, incorporating various forms of body language. This ensured seamless class control and management throughout the entire lesson. The students remained highly enthusiastic while maintaining a sense of order. This created a joyful atmosphere, allowing them to learn and apply the knowledge gained in this lesson with proficiency.

课后，Bryan也和观摩的外教及老师们进行深入交流，大家也都各抒已见，分享了自己从这节课中学到的东西，导师也将课堂上的技巧进行了提炼，深入浅出的进行分析，通过理论和实践相结合的形式，让外教们有进一步了解和学习。

After the class, Bryan engaged in in-depth discussions with the observing foreign teachers and school teachrs. Everyone shared their insights and what they had learned from the lesson. Mentors refined the class management skills, providing a detailed and accessible analysis. Through a combination of theory and practice, this format facilitated a deeper understanding and learning experience for the foreign teachers.

培训结束后，外教们也纷纷表示获益匪浅，在今后自己的课堂上也跃跃欲试。

After the training concluded, the foreign teachers expressed that they had gained significant benefits and were eager to apply what they had learned in their future classrooms.
