--国培中心为外国教师开展普法安全教育讲座

CIPTC Holds Foreign Teachers’ Educational Lecture on Law and Security

为进一步增强外国教师的法律及安全意识，夯实外国教师服务管理工作，让外国教师更全面地了解到在华工作及生活的最新政策和法律法规信息，国培中心于2023年9月27日特邀深圳市公安局出入境管理局、深圳市科技创新委员会（深圳市外国专家局）及深圳市移民事务服务厅派员前来为中心在聘外教进行普法和安全教育宣讲。

CIPTC invited instructors from Exit-Entry Administration of the Shenzhen Municipal Public Security Bureau, Science, Technology and Innovation Commission of Shenzhen Municipality (Shenzhen Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs) and Shenzhen Immigration Affairs Service Hall on September 27th, 2023 to give lectures on laws, regulations, and safety awareness to CIPTC foreign teachers, in order to strengthen foreign teachers' awareness of the law and safety, enhance the safety management of foreign teachers, and help foreign teachers understand the latest laws, policies, and regulations on better living and working in China.

深圳市外国专家局袁诗佳老师分享在深外国人来华工作许可注意事项。

Officer Yuan from Shenzhen Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, interpreted the laws and regulations for foreigners’ residence permit and introduced the innovation policies for foreign talents.

深圳市公安局出入境管理局境外人员管理大队郑军警官为外国教师介绍出入境法律法规，普及法律常识和安全教育。

Officer Zheng from Foreigner Management Department in Exit-Entry Administration of the Shenzhen Municipal Public Security Bureau, explained the Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China.

深圳市移民事务服务厅李春荣主任介绍移民事务服务厅的创立背景和服务内容。

Director Li from Shenzhen Immigration Affairs Service Hall, interpreted the background and services of Shenzhen Immigration Affairs Service Hall.

精彩宣讲完毕后是全场互动问答环节，外教举手提问有关法律法规和来华工作的相关问题，警官对外教的疑问予以详细解答。

After the lectures, foreign teachers raised their hands to ask questions about laws and regulations and working in China. Instructors answered their questions in detail.

最后，国培中心林宇峰副主任为本次讲座作总结发言。他感谢了深圳市公安局出入境管理局、深圳市外国专家局及深圳市移民事务服务厅对中心工作的指导和大力支持，表示中心会严格按照国家、政府的相关规定继续加强中心涉外人员的管理工作。同时也感谢中心的各位外教同事在各自岗位上的坚守和付出，希望大家在中国的工作和生活一切顺利!

Finally, Lin Yufeng, Vice Director of CIPTC, made a concluding speech for the lectures. He thanked all the instructors for their guidance and strong support to CIPTC. CIPTC will continue to strengthen the foreign-related personnel management in strict accordance with relevant national and government regulations.
