After having successfully completing the new teacher training program I found it to be an incredibly enriching experience. The training was well-structured, covering both foundational and advanced teaching methodologies that I can immediately apply in the classroom. I particularly appreciated the interactive sessions, where we could engage in hands-on activities and collaborate with fellow trainees, which greatly enhanced my understanding.

The trainers were knowledgeable and approachable, providing us with invaluable insights and practical tips that I believe will make a significant difference in my teaching. The program also included ample opportunities for reflection and discussion, allowing us to explore various teaching styles and strategies in depth.

Overall, the training has not only strengthened my confidence as an educator but also inspired me to continue learning and growing in this field. I'm excited to implement the new techniques and ideas I've gained from this experience in my own classroom. I’d like to express my thanks to the entire CIPTC staff and mentors for all their hard work!

Orientation, although tough, was an incredibly rewarding experience which condensed lots of useful information into a jam-packed five days. It also provided an excellent opportunity to meet and get to know my fellow ESL teachers and the helpful staff at CIPTC.
